    Welcome to my online gallery! I value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, it's important for me to maintain a clear and concise return policy for the benefit of my customers and my business. Please review the following terms regarding returns:

    Eligibility for Returns:

    I promise to advise you prior to starting your order if I consider your image selection, size requirements or finishing style not optimum and recommend a better option. I accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects, reasonable workmanship quality issues or damage incurred during shipping. All prints are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but in the rare event that your item arrives defective or damaged, I am here to help.

    Final Sale for Other Circumstances:

    Please note that all sales are final for circumstances other than manufacturing quality or shipping damages. I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ill-fitting size or color choice, or similar reasons. I will provide a detailed order confirmation outiling all artwork specs prior to starting work on your order. I encourage customers to review their order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

    Reporting Defects or Damages:

    In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact me within ten days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographic evidence. Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the denial of the return.

    Natural Variability in Wood Products:

    I would like to remind my customers that due to the organic nature of wood, each frame may have variations in wood texture and pattern. These variations are a celebrated characteristic of natural wood products and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns or exchanges based on the natural variability of wood texture in my frames will not be accepted.

    Return Process:

    Upon receiving your return request and validating the defect or damage, I will provide instructions for returning the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation.

    Refunds and Exchanges:

    After I receive the returned item and confirm the defect or damage, I will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow fifteen business days for the refund to be processed.

    Shipping Costs for Returns:

    Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by me. I will provide a prepaid shipping label for this purpose.

    Limitation of Liability:

    Alex Gubski Gallery is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to improper use, handling, or storage of the product after delivery. By purchasing from my online store, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy. I reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
